About Our Caring Staff

Our employees are professional, compassionate, and committed to providing the quality care our clients deserve. After completing our interview process, our employees undergo a screening background check. We then hand select the most qualified staff member for each client’s specific needs. Our staff is comprised of Professional Caregivers (CG), Certified Nurses Assistants (CNA), and Certified Home Health Aides (CHHA).


Applicant Requirements

You may qualify to become a member of the Select Home Care team if you:

  • Are English speaking

  • Are legally authorized to work in the United States
    (verified with driver license and Social Security card or other I-9 acceptable documentation)

  • Have a minimum of two years of related work experience or one of the following: CNA, CHHA or MA

  • Provide three employment references

  • Pass our background screening process

  • Provide a certificate of auto insurance

  • Meet your state's caregiver requirements
